Offer terms

The offer is available to end customers who hold sites for residential use with a natural gas supply for cooking, hot water and/or heating.

  • The offer is valid for end customers only at systems served by CH4 ALPS SRL

To guarantee the obligations undertaken by signing the contract, the customer provides a security deposit in favour of CH 4 ALPS SRL. The terms and conditions of the security deposit are governed by Art. 12 of the General Supply Conditions. By way of exception to the above, the security deposit is not required from the Customer and/or is refunded (if already paid) when the S.E.P.A. direct debit payment method (ex-RID) is activated.
