Offer terms

The Green Sharing Home offer has variable pricing and is available to all private customers who hold sites for domestic use. The gas commodity price consists of: a) a consumption charge (PSV-DA + Spread €0.189900/Smc); b) an annual charge of €263.88/year/PdP. A feature of the offer is a conditional discount on the final price, provided as a bonus, if the subscribing customer refers potential customers who then sign a “Green Sharing” contract.

  • Supply will begin on the first available date communicated by Alphastar to the Customer. Alphastar’s performance of the contract is subject to the condition that, when Alphastar submits the supply activation request to the Distributor, the Customer is not suspended due to non-payment. By entering into the contract, the Customer grants Alphastar, which accepts, an exclusive and irrevocable mandate without representation for the entire term of the contract. Once the contract has been completed, Alphastar will manage in its own name and in the Customer’s interest the contract for the provision of the transmission service, including receipt and management of metering and consumption data, as well as the contract for managing the sites’ connection. For activities requested by the Customer that relate to services for which the Distributor is responsible, Alphastar will charge the Customer amounts equal to the charges prescribed by the applicable regulations, as well as any charges invoiced to Alphastar by the Distributor, plus a fee of EUR 45.45 excluding VAT.

  • 100% of the CO2 emissions from the combustion of the Natural Gas covered by this offer will be offset through the purchase of carbon credits certifying participation in international energy-efficiency projects implemented in various locations around the world that reduce or avoid greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.

  • Green Sharing Discount: Customers who take up this offer and refer potential customers to Alphastar, who in turn sign a natural gas supply contract under “Green Sharing” with Alphastar, will receive a discount of three (3) GREEN-COINS for each Smc billed by Alphastar to the Referred Customer. If the Referred Customer then refers a potential customer who signs a Green Sharing Contract with Alphastar, thereby becoming a Sub-referred Customer, the Customer signing this form will receive a discount of two (2) GREEN-COINS for each Smc billed to the Sub-referred Customer. If the Sub-referred Customer then refers a potential customer who signs a Green Sharing Contract with Alphastar, the Customer signing this form will receive a discount of one (1) GREEN-COINS for each Smc billed to that customer. Each GREEN-COINS is worth €0.01. Bring a Friend discount: Customers who refer potential new customers to Alphastar will receive a conditional discount of €2.50/month. Paperless bill discount: If the bill is sent by email, Alphastar will apply a discount of €2.00/month/PdP on the annual charge for natural gas supply.

  • The offer is available to all customers with sites for household use.

Any security deposits may be agreed directly with the Customer. The deposit will be refunded after the due date shown on the closing bill, with statutory interest added, provided the Customer has no overdue debts.

  • Bring a Friend clause: Customers who refer the names of potential new customers to ALPHASTAR (hereinafter, “Friends”—meaning customers who are not being supplied by ALPHASTAR at the time of referral) will receive a conditional discount of €2.50/month for 12 months (up to a total maximum discount of €30, excluding VAT). The discount will be granted to both the Customer and the Friend provided that: a) the Friend enters into a natural gas supply contract with ALPHASTAR; and b) both are being supplied by ALPHASTAR at the same time. For multisite contracts, the monthly discount will be applied to the bill for the PdP with the highest consumption. Any discounts not yet used when the contract is terminated may no longer be used, transferred or converted into money. Discounts already received by the Customer and the Friend will not be reversed or recovered. If the discount exceeds the bill amount, the remainder will be credited on subsequent bills. To receive the discount, either: 1) the Customer’s referral, containing the Customer’s and Friend’s details, must be included in the Friend’s contract, of which it will form an integral part; or 2) alternatively, when entering into an electricity and/or natural gas supply contract, the “Friend” must enter the Customer’s discount code in the designated Notes section. The Customer will receive the discount provided that: a) the Friend enters into an electricity supply contract with ALPHASTAR; and b) both are being supplied by ALPHASTAR at the same time.

  • If the bill is sent by email, Alphastar will apply a discount of €2.00/month/PdP to the annual charge. If the bill is sent by email, Alphastar will apply a discount of €2.00/month/PdP to the annual charge.
