For variable offers we use a shared PSV reference of 0.501205 €/Smc (12-month average, 2025-10/2026-09), which may differ from the contract’s index. Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12, not a winter bill.

The offer is intended for household customers. Supply will begin on the date stated in the contract. If it begins on a different date or does not begin, the Seller will inform the customer of the reasons. The Parties agree that supply is in all cases conditional on: • a favorable outcome to the Seller’s technical feasibility and Customer financial reliability checks; • activation by the Distributor of the distribution service at the supply point; • the supply point not being suspended or closed due to non-payment, and the Distributor not having received a request to suspend that point. In such a case, the Seller reserves the right to revoke the switching request; • the Customer not having previously been in arrears with another sales company and there being no Cmor compensation claim in progress, if applicable; • receipt of all documentation required to start the service, which the Customer must provide for that purpose; • the supply proposal concerning areas served by the Seller.
The Seller may require the Customer to pay a security deposit to guarantee fulfilment of all obligations arising from the contract. The security deposit will be charged on the first available bill. The amount of the security deposit is determined on the basis of the consumption declared by the Customer at the time of signing and according to the levels set out in Art. 12 of the TIVG. The security deposit will then be adjusted annually based on actual consumption and will be refunded after the sales contract ceases to have effect, with statutory interest added, following the seller’s assessment of the Customer’s proper fulfilment of the contractual obligations incumbent upon them.
