Possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal, without fees and justification, within 14 days starting from the date of conclusion of the Contract. Possibility to request early contract execution before the end of the withdrawal period. Possibility to request early contract performance before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal to terminate the supply must be communicated by registered mail or certified email (PEC), with a 1-month notice.

Completion of the specific form for the service request and possibly a Distributor quote request for carrying out connection works. The timescales and costs of activation (or other service) are those established by regulations and/or by the Distributor.

Billed consumption will be based on the following hierarchy: actual readings provided by the distributor; estimated readings made available by the Distributor; customer self-readings if validated; the best estimates made by SEL. Customer self-readings, if confirmed by the distributor;

In case of late payments, default interest will be applied, calculated on an annual basis, equal to the Official Reference Rate set by the European Central Bank increased by 3,5 percentage points.
