Supply will begin on the first available date communicated by Pef Power to the Customer. Pef Power’s performance of the contract is subject to the suspensive condition that, when Pef Power submits the request to activate supply to the Distributor, the Customer is not suspended due to non-payment. Upon entering into the contract, the Customer grants Pef Power, which accepts, an exclusive and irrevocable mandate without representation for the entire term of the contract, authorising Pef Power, after the contract has been finalised, to manage in its own name and in the Customer’s interest the contract for the provision of the transport service, including receipt and management of metering and consumption data, as well as the contract for managing the sites’ connections. For activities requested by the Customer that relate to services provided by the Distributor, Pef Power will charge the Customer amounts equal to the charges established by applicable regulations, plus any charges invoiced to Pef Power by the Distributor, with an additional fee of Euro 45,45 excluding VAT.

100% of the CO2 emissions from the combustion of the Natural Gas covered by this offer will be offset through the purchase of carbon credits certifying participation in international energy-efficiency projects implemented in various locations around the world that reduce or avoid greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.

Green Sharing Bonus: All customers who sign up to this offer and provide Pef Power with the names of potential customers who in turn sign a contract with Pef Power for the supply of electricity and/or natural gas will receive a commercial discount called the “Green Sharing Bonus.” Each Referring Customer will earn the right to a discount attributable to the contracts of the Referred Customers: (i) those referred directly by that Referring Customer, and (ii) those referred in turn by the Referred Customers, and so on, up to a predetermined, non-changeable limit of 5 (five) referral levels. For the Referring Customer to receive the discount, the Referred Customers must sign up for an offer other than “Pun Zero MT,” “Pun Zero BT” or “Pun Zero BT Custom” and, when signing the electricity and/or natural gas supply contract, must enter in the section reserved for this initiative the withdrawal point covered by the supply contract signed by the Referring Customer. No discounts may be awarded for referred customers in respect of withdrawal points already supplied by Pef Power. No discount will be generated if a customer is referred who has signed up for the “Pun Zero MT,” “Pun Zero BT” or “Pun Zero BT Custom” commercial offer. The customer may receive a discount of €2.00 per POD/PDR for each referral level. For more information on how the Bonus is applied, please consult the Technical and Economic Conditions. Refer a Friend: All customers who provide Pef Power with the names of potential new customers—meaning customers who, at the time of referral, are not supplied by Pef Power—will receive a conditional discount of €9.09 excluding VAT for each supply point. It will be paid as a single amount on the Customer’s first eligible invoice after the Friend signs the contract.

The offer is available to all customers with sites for household use.
