OFFER RESERVED FOR RESIDENTIAL END CUSTOMERS IN THE FREE MARKET WHO ALREADY HAVE AN ACTIVE ENEIDE LUCE E GAS UTILITY ACCOUNT

  • The economic conditions are valid for 12 months from the supply activation date. For their update, amendment or variation, and renewal, see Article 3.8 et seq. of the General Supply Conditions.

  • The Customer submits an irrevocable offer by completing and sending the application forms for Eneide Luce e Gas S.r.l. An offer submitted by a residential customer or SME is valid from the date of signature and for the following 45 days; it lapses if the Seller does not notify the Customer of its acceptance. Acceptance may take place when supply is activated, and the activation date will be shown on the bills. The timeframes for activating supply with Eneide Luce e Gas S.r.l. vary according to the service requested, such as a Switch, transfer of account holder, product change or new activation. In all cases, the time required for any activities by the Distributor and the billing of any charges issued by the Distributor are unaffected.

If the customer chooses to pay consumption bills by direct debit from a Sepa current account, no security deposit is required. If any other payment method is chosen, the customer must pay a security deposit of €25.00 for annual consumption up to 500 Smc or €50.00 for consumption above 500 Smc/year. In all cases, Eneide Luce e Gas S.r.l. will charge the security deposit on the first available bill and refund it with the final bill when the relationship ends, unless it is retained to settle previous arrears. If the security deposit is not paid, in whole or in part, Eneide Luce e Gas S.r.l. may ask the local Distributor to suspend the supply. Failure to pay it, in whole or in part, may also entitle Eneide Luce e Gas S.r.l. to request termination of the relationship. Eneide Luce e Gas S.r.l. reserves the right to request an increase to the security deposit already paid by the customer if the conditions under which the supplier procures the commodity on the market change, making procurement more costly, in an unforeseen or unforeseeable manner and for reasons not attributable to the conduct of Eneide Luce e Gas S.r.l. In any case, an increase may be requested if relevant laws or regulations are introduced.
