Hera PiùControllo ACTIVE is the offer that lets you keep track of your consumption and spending. Monthly billing spreads out your expenses, and you can receive a monthly Consumption Diary to understand how to use less energy and save. The price applied to your consumption will follow the monthly value of the cost of natural gas on the Italian wholesale market index (PSV), with a small charge on consumption and a monthly charge set according to your annual consumption. For the first 12 months of supply, CO2 emissions are offset through the purchase of certified carbon credits.

  • Activation of the supply, and therefore the effectiveness of the Contract, is subject to there being no previous payment arrears attributable to the Customer and to a positive assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness (credit check). The time limits for starting performance of the Contract are as follows: within a maximum of 10 working days for activations without a change of Supplier; within a maximum of 50 days for activations involving a change of Supplier. For the supply points covered by the Contract, the Customer authorizes the Company to enter into the transportation contract with the local Distributor.

If the customer does not set up direct debit for bill payments, a security deposit is required under the terms described in Article 4 of the General Contract Conditions, up to a maximum of €300 for natural gas supply and €11.50/kW for electricity supply.
