  • Service activation

Customers who choose, when signing the contract, to pay their electricity bills by recurring direct debit from a bank account do not have to pay a security deposit. For other payment methods, a security deposit is charged as follows: €30 for customers with annual consumption of up to 500; €90 for customers with annual consumption of up to 1.500 Smc; €150 for customers with annual consumption of up to 2.500 Smc; €300 for customers with annual consumption of up to 5.000 Smc. For consumption above 5.000 Smc/year, one month's average annual customer consumption, excluding taxes, will be charged.
