  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

Annual seller charges

€144 / year

Amount, defined on the bill as “Fixed COM.G Component”, set at €144 per PDR/year

€60.00 one-off, subject to conditions. Annual Bonus of €60

  • By accepting this offer, the customer will receive a total bonus of €60 on their natural gas supply, credited as follows: €10 on the first bill; €20 on the bill for the 6th month of supply; €30 on the bill for the 12th month of supply. If the customer exercises the right to terminate by switching supplier during the first twelve months from the supply contract activation date, Atena Trading will pay the bonuses accrued up to the effective date of termination as established by the General Supply Conditions; likewise, in other cases of termination, Atena Trading will pay the bonuses accrued up to the contract validity date.
