  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €48.00 / year. Monthly €4 bonus for 24 months

  • By signing up for this offer, the customer will receive a monthly bonus of €4 on the bill for 24 months. If the customer exercises the right to withdraw by switching supplier during the 24 months in which the offer is active, Atena Trading will pay the bonuses accrued up to the effective date of withdrawal, as provided for in the General Supply Conditions; likewise, in other cases of termination, Atena Trading will pay the bonuses accrued up to the date the contract remains valid.
