GAS SCELTA SICURA CASA PIU' is a variable-price offer for the gas commodity component intended for residential end customers. The offer includes a charge for the gas commodity component indexed to the PSV DA price. The offer is reserved for household users and includes an annual sales charge of €84. The cost of the commodity is equal to the cost paid by Etrurialucegas (wholesale cost).

  • The price (“P”) of the gas commodity component equals the variable PSV-DA charge, updated monthly. The variable PSV-DA charge, applied to the natural gas withdrawn and referenced to a conventional gross calorific value (PCS) of 38.52 MJ/Smc, is calculated monthly and equals the “PSV Day Ahead Heren Mid” energy index (hereinafter, “PSV”), which corresponds to the wholesale natural gas price at the PSV (Virtual Trading Point). For each supply month “m,” the PSV index is calculated by converting into €/Smc the arithmetic mean of the daily “Heren Price” quotations expressed in €/MWh. These economic conditions are valid for 12 months. Three months before the economic conditions expire, EtruriaLuceGas will give written notice of the new supply prices and their validity period. If no such notice is given, the economic conditions, notified in compliance with the deadlines and procedures set out in the Commercial Code of Conduct, will be deemed extended until further notice. The right to withdraw under Article 12 of the attached General Contract Conditions (CGC) is reserved. In addition, if, under Legislative Decree No. 147 of 10 September 2024, implementing Directive (EU) 2023/958, as amended and supplemented, operators become subject, from 1 January 2027 or later, to obligations to purchase greenhouse gas emission allowances (the so-called ETS2), EtruriaLuceGas will be entitled to adjust the charges applied to the Customer to reflect the costs incurred in purchasing those allowances. Adjustments will be applied and notified within the time limits set by applicable laws and regulations.
