Activation of a new gas supply or modification of an existing one is subject to the relevant distribution network operator verifying that the network is suitable, connection to the network being carried out where necessary, and a written contract being signed. Supply activation and contract changes are also subject to the Customer paying any charges owed to the Distributor under the regulations in force.

The Customer may request termination of the service directly from the Supplier at any time by written request, in all cases stating the address to which the final bill should be sent, with one month’s notice starting on the first day of the month following receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Supplier will promptly notify the Distributor of the order to cease delivery within the timeframes and according to the procedures set by ARERA. Deactivation of the supply will also be subject to the Customer paying any charges owed to the Distributor under the regulations in force.
