Access the wholesale market and take advantage of benefits previously reserved for only a few operators. The price applied to your consumption to cover the wholesale marketing charge will follow the PSV index, with a small contribution on consumption.

  • Activation of the supply, and therefore the effectiveness of the Contract, is subject to there being no previous payment arrears attributable to the Customer and to a positive assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness (credit check). The time limits for starting performance of the Contract are as follows: within a maximum of 10 working days for activations without a change of Supplier; within a maximum of 50 days for activations involving a change of Supplier. For the supply points covered by the Contract, the Customer authorizes the Company to enter into the transportation contract with the local Distributor.

If the customer does not set up direct debit for bill payments, a security deposit is required under the terms described in Article 4 of the General Contract Conditions, up to a maximum of €300 for natural gas supply and €11.50/kW for electricity supply.
