  • The offer is valid for 12 months from the date the supply is activated. At least 90 days before the end of its validity period, Italiangas will notify the Customer in writing of the new economic supply conditions and their validity period. The Customer retains the right to withdraw under Art. 10 of the CGC.

Without prejudice to its right to make the supply of electricity and/or natural gas conditional on the outcome of a creditworthiness check on the Customer, as provided for in Article 3 of the CGC, Itg also reserves the right to require the Customer to provide the security set out in Article 9 of the CGC.
