When do the time bands apply?

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

  • NO PENALTIES

The security deposit will be charged on the first available bill. The amount will be calculated based on the contracted power, at €25.00/kW for each POD with available power up to 20 kW. It will be charged on the first available bill and refunded without a specific request on the final bill for the contractual relationship, as defined in art. 9 of the CGF.
