F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use the 12-month average of PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09). Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12.

The viviclear flex lucegas offer is for customers who want to renegotiate their contract terms. It provides a three-band price indexed to the day-ahead PUN and PSV, an activation bonus on the first bill, a loyalty bonus on the twelfth bill, and 100% green energy.
