F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

fixed price offer for the joint supply of electricity and gas (cooking, hot water and/or heating and low voltage electricity), reserved for new domestic final customers who are not already vivi energia customers who sign a new electricity and gas contract with vivi energia exclusively for a new activation, and for existing domestic final customers of vivi energia who move to a new home and wish to activate an electricity and gas offer with vivi energia at the new home as well.

  • Valid for activation.

  • Fees for early withdrawal (within the first 12 months).

No security deposit is required when switching supplier.
