F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

For final customers with low-voltage electricity supply points for HOUSEHOLD USE

  • Supply is conditional on the competent entities activating the electricity transport and dispatching services. Vestina Gas e Luce S.p.A. grants the Customer an advance discount on the free-market sales component (CML) of €2.00/month, applied as a reduction to the CML on the first 24 bills from the supply activation date, for a total advance discount of €48.00. For each complete month of active supply with Vestina Gas e Luce S.p.A., the Customer accrues entitlement to a €2.00 discount. It accrues progressively: upon completion of month 24, the Customer will have accrued the full advance amount. If supply ends due to termination or a supplier switch within the first 24 months from activation, Vestina Gas e Luce S.p.A. is entitled to recover in the final bill only the difference between the advance discount already applied and the discount actually accrued as of the effective date of termination.
