The activation of the supply will take place on the date indicated in the Particular Conditions or in the Contract Proposal, in compliance with the terms contractually provided with the previous supplier for withdrawal, compatibly with the regulations relating to the activation terms of transmission and dispatching services and barring events not dependent on the Supplier's will. In the event of activation of new Withdrawal Points, the start of the supply is subject to the completion of the documentary verification activity by the Distributor, in compliance with current regulatory provisions. Any charges due to the Distributor due to the activation procedure are borne by the Customer. In the event that the Customer requests the Supplier to handle on their behalf the procedure for meter installation and activation or reactivation of the supply, the Supplier shall have the right to charge an administrative cost equal to €23. The Supplier, also through another company identified by it, shall stipulate and manage, for the Withdrawal Point(s) and on behalf of the Customer, the transmission contract with the Distributor and the dispatching contract with Terna S.p.A.: for this purpose, the Customer grants the Supplier a free-of-charge, irrevocable mandate without representation pursuant to art. 1705 of the Civil Code. The Customer undertakes to provide all necessary cooperation and to provide and/or sign all documents useful and necessary for the above purposes.

The economic conditions subject of this offer run from the supply activation date until December 31, 2027. In the event of no communication from Sinergas S.P.A., the conditions are tacitly extended until a new communication, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal referred to in art. 3 of the General Supply Conditions.
