F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

The FIX and GO offer is reserved for Low Voltage customers whose consumption is needed to supply their home from a single withdrawal point. It provides a FIXED and UNCHANGING price (divided into 3 consumption time bands) for the first 36 months of supply.

  • The proposed contract terms are to remain unchanged for the first 36 months of supply. If the Customer terminates the contractual relationship before the fixed-price offer expires, a charge may be billed to the Customer as an early termination fee. The amount will be proportionate and will not exceed the actual economic loss arising from the early termination of the contract. The economic loss will be calculated for the remaining term of the fixed-price offer, taking into account the Customer’s estimated consumption and the price difference between the expected procurement cost and the value of forward energy prices on the reference markets observed in the month the termination takes effect. The amount charged may not exceed the stated maximum values, which vary according to the customer’s expected consumption threshold and the year in which supply ends.
