A fixed-price electricity offer for domestic customers. These economic terms are valid only if the customer chooses payment by Sepa Direct Debit (SDD). The offer is reserved exclusively for new customers (switches, changes of account holder, transfers, new activations and meter installations). These economic terms apply to annual consumption below 450 kWh.

When the term of the Economic Terms expires, unless the Supplier has notified the Customer of any renewal or update under the procedures and timeframes in Article 13 of the Code of Conduct, those terms will automatically be adjusted monthly using the average price by time band (as defined in ARERA Resolution 181/06, “Update of time bands effective 1 January 2007”) for the “Pun Index Gme” parameter, increased by network losses and €0.0176/kWh, in addition to all other specified components. The “Pun Index Gme” is calculated by GME as the volume-weighted average of zonal prices for withdrawal portfolios in each geographical market zone (Article 2-13.3.9 of the Integrated Text on Electricity Dispatching).
No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.
