F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Variable-price electricity offer for household customers. These economic terms apply only if the customer chooses payment by Sepa Direct Debit (SDD).

  • These economic terms apply only if the customer chooses payment by SEPA Direct Debit (SDD).

  • After 12 months of supply, unless the Supplier communicates any updates to the economic terms in accordance with the procedures and time limits set out in Art. 13 of the Commercial Code of Conduct, the formula for the Consumption Charge will be PUN + €0.0176/kWh.

No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.

Discount conditions

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

  • Customers who sign up for this offer will receive the discount on the charges for supply services during the first year of supply, applied in proportion to the number of days in each month. In the event of early withdrawal, a change of account holder, or termination, the remaining value cannot be transferred to another customer or supply account, refunded, or offset.
