F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use the 12-month average of PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09). Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12.

Super Casa Smart_Dealer_ PCV

  • To terminate the contract in order to switch suppliers, the Customer must sign a contract with the new supplier, which will send the relevant notice to Optima Italia S.p.A. in accordance with the procedures set out in Annex A2 to ARERA Resolution 783/2017/R/com.

  • These economic conditions last for 12 (twelve) months (always check the contract terms or economic offer for details). Optima will notify the Customer in writing of the renewal of the economic conditions at least 3 (three) months before the current conditions expire, as stated in the Economic Offer. If the Customer does not wish to accept the proposed new economic conditions, they may terminate the contract at any time without charge, following the procedures set out in the contract conditions. If Optima does not provide specific notice in the manner described above, the contract will automatically renew on the same economic conditions, unless the Customer terminates or cancels it.
