F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

The Luce Amica domestico – FIX Offer is reserved for customers supplied by NWG Energia for residential-use accounts. It applies when changing the offer and/or changing the intended use of the Customer's supply at the Customer's request, and for transfers of account ownership without changing supplier. This offer provides a fixed, unchanging energy price for 12 months from activation of the supply. The energy supplied comes 100% from renewable sources whose origin is guaranteed, as specified by NWG Energia in its articles of association. To further protect the environment and avoid using paper, bills will be sent exclusively by email and may be paid by direct debit from the customer's bank or postal account.

  • Offer reserved for customers already supplied by NWG Energia, for requests made by the customer, including requests to change the offer in force, change the intended use of the supply, and/or transfer the contract to another holder without changing supplier.
