Fixed-price offer.

  • Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of checks confirming the absence of previous payment defaults and an assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness.

  • Fixed-price offer forfeiture clause: The fixed-price offer is contingent upon maintaining direct debit on the bank account (RID/SDD) as the payment method for bills. In the event of revocation, deactivation, or failure of the direct debit, the fixed-price offer will automatically expire, resulting in the application of the alternative contractual economic conditions.
