IREN SMALL LUCE VARIABILE

  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

Discount conditions

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €48.00 / year. Monthly bonus of €4 for 24 months

  • By taking up [NOME], and simultaneously entering into the electricity supply contract and the purchase contract for one of the products included in the offer, the customer will receive a monthly Bonus of €4 on their electricity supply for the first 24 months of supply. If the customer exercises the right to terminate for a supplier switch during the first twenty-four months from the activation date of the supply contract, lren Mercato will grant the bonuses accrued up to the date termination takes effect, as established by the General Conditions of Supply; similarly, in other cases of termination, lren Mercato will grant the bonuses accrued up to the date the contract is terminated. In addition, Iren Mercato may stop granting the bonuses in the cases governed by the general conditions of the product purchase contract.
