With Prezzo Netto Relax Casa Luce, choose the value of wholesale market pricing with an €80 Bonus Relax! Access the wholesale market and enjoy benefits previously reserved for just a few operators. The price applied to your consumption to cover the wholesale marketing charge will follow the PUN index, with a small charge on consumption.

  • Activation of supply, and therefore the effectiveness of the contract, is conditional on the Customer having no previous outstanding debts attributable to them and on a satisfactory assessment of their creditworthiness (credit check). The timelines for starting performance of the contract are: within a maximum of 10 working days for activations without a change of supplier, and within a maximum of 50 days for activations involving a change of supplier. For the supply points covered by the contract, the Customer authorises the Company to enter into electricity transport agreements with the local Distributor and dispatching agreements with TERNA S.p.A., either directly or through a Group company.

If the customer does not set up direct debit for bill payments, a security deposit is required under the terms described in Article 4 of the General Contract Conditions, up to a maximum of €300 for natural gas supply and €11.50/kW for electricity supply.
