When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Luce Casa Flex is an offer that, in exchange for a monthly fee, gives customers access to the wholesale energy price (PUN). The monthly fee will be fixed for 12 months. The offer is reserved for end customers who hold low-voltage (BT) withdrawal points for household use.
