Electricity offer dedicated to domestic use sites. These Technical Economic Conditions ("CTE") supplement the clauses of the general supply conditions ("CGF") and, in case of conflict, prevail over the latter. Depending on the signup method chosen by the customer, Enel Energia reserves the right to make this offer available for certain activation processes, providing appropriate information to the customer. For information, you can contact Customer Service. The offer consists of the following cost items. The Electricity Price includes network losses determined and updated by ARERA and currently equal to 10% of consumption. The Fixed Fee is given by the sum of the Commercialization and Sale Fee (CCV) defined by Enel Energia, and the DispBT component defined by the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (hereinafter ARERA). The CCV fee and the DispBT component are applied on a monthly basis.

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €30.00. Dual Bonus

  • Dual Bonus: if the Customer accepts this offer simultaneously with the Enel Move Gas offer, a bonus of €60 will be applied for each supply, which will be granted over two years in four installments of €15 each on the first, fourth, seventh, and tenth bill as a deduction from the total billed amount. In the event of withdrawal from this supply contract, termination of the supply itself, or subscription to a new contract with Enel Energia for an offer different from the one referred to in these CTE, the Customer will instead be recognized the portion of the bonuses accrued up to that moment. Enel Energia reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the disbursement of the bonus in the event of non-payment and/or delayed payment of one or more bills. Furthermore, if, following checks, Enel Energia finds that the requirements for recognizing the DUAL BONUS are not met or if such requirement ceases to exist during the contractual relationship, only the portion of this bonus 00 will be recognized
