F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

  • Service activation

For electricity supply, to secure the obligations arising under the Contract, ègreen reserves the right to require the Customer at any time to pay a security deposit for each POD supplied, up to €30 for household supply points. See Article 10, “Customer payment guarantees and assignment of receivables,” in the contract for further details.
