When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use the 12-month average of PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09). Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12.

The "LUCE INDEX - Casa" offer is reserved for domestic customers and allows acquiring the raw material at the Italian Power Exchange price.

  • Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of checks confirming the absence of previous payment defaults and an assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness.

  • For the supply period following the first 12 months, at least 90 days before the expiry of this economic offer, Aterno Gas & Power will communicate to the Customer the new price valid for the following 12 months, without prejudice to the Customer's right to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner provided by the General Contract Conditions. In the absence of communication, the supply price will be updated monthly based on the PUN parameter to which the spread of €0.03/kwh will be added. All other components such as fixed PCV, distribution, transport, and system charges defined as described above remain unchanged.

a security deposit will be applied, charged simultaneously with the first bill issued, of Euro 11,50 for each kW of available power in case of payment other than account direct debit
