When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use the 12-month average of PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09). Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12.

CHIARA LUCE VARIABILE

  • The economic conditions stated apply to the supply of electricity. The conditions and terms in this document prevail over any conflicting provisions in the General Conditions.

  • The Customer may withdraw from the contract by registered letter with return receipt, by email to info@aspmenergia.com, or by requesting a supplier switch.

  • All listed charges will apply for an indefinite period and are stated excluding taxes. Before the end of the second year of supply, ASPM ENERGIA SRL may notify the Customer of new charge amounts, which will take effect from the first day of the fourth month following the month in which the notice is given, as specified in the General Conditions. If ASPM ENERGIA SRL does not notify the new amounts at least 90 days before the end of the period during which the charges then in force apply, those charges will continue to apply for the following 12 months.
