  • Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of checks confirming the absence of previous payment defaults and an assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness.

If the direct debit payment method from a bank account is disabled, the Customer must pay a security deposit of euro 11.50 for each kW of contractually committed capacity as security for the obligations undertaken. This amount will be charged on the first bill issued after the contract is entered into. This Guarantee will remain valid for as long as the “Contract” between the “Seller” and the “Customer” remains in force.

  • “Flex 50” Bonus. One-off bonus worth €50.00 + VAT, credited to the bill provided that the Customer does not terminate the contract with ARGOS before one year from the contract start date. Payment of the “Flex 50” Bonus is also conditional on the Customer having a valid SEPA direct debit payment method at the end of the year and having no unpaid bills. €50 per year Regular payments
