When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

The T-AE EE DOMESTICO offer is intended for End Customers who hold low-voltage electricity supply points for residential use. The offer can be activated throughout Italy.

  • Supply will start according to different timelines depending on the type of contractual transaction requested by the Customer. Subject to verification activities, activation of the supply will comply with the withdrawal periods under the contract with the previous supplier, as well as the time limits for activating the electricity transport, distribution and dispatching services. Unless early performance of the contract has been requested, the activities required to begin performing the Contract will start only after the period for exercising the right of withdrawal has expired. Activation of a new supply is in any case subject to: verification by the relevant operator that the distribution network is suitable; completion of the connection to that network; the presence of an internal system meeting the requirements set by applicable regulations, to be installed at the Customer’s expense by installation companies authorised to do so under applicable regulations; and the Customer demonstrating full availability of the property where the systems are located by providing all required documents and the relevant cadastral details.

The Supplier reserves the right to charge an amount as a security deposit on the first bill, within the maximum limits set by the TIV. For customers with annual consumption of up to 5000 kWh for electricity and up to 5000 Smc for gas, payment of bills by direct debit from a bank or postal account will be considered a form of security equivalent to the deposit.
