SALE OF ELECTRICITY: ACEA PINEROLESE ENERGIA S.r.l. will apply to the total quantity of electricity withdrawn each month in each time band a generation price, “PGEN”, equal to the time-band arithmetic average of the hourly PUN Index GME value pursuant to ARERA Resolution 304/2024/R/EEL, plus a spread charge expressed in €/kWh. QVE component: €90/POD/year; PGEN for consumption during the first 15 months: PUN Index GME*(1 + λ)+€0.0145/kWh; PGEN for consumption from the 16th month: PUN Index GME*(1 + λ)+€0.025/kWh. For withdrawal points billed at a single rate, the PUN Index GME value will be calculated monthly as the final monthly arithmetic average value of the single-rate PUN Index GME. λ is the factor accounting for network losses, as set by Arera. The charges payable are stated as unit values, excluding taxes and including network losses. The supplier will bill an additional CDISPD charge, expressed in €/kWh, to cover the costs of the dispatching service and capacity market. This charge is determined and updated by the Authority pursuant to Article 48 of the TIV. Prices exclude taxes and VAT. ELECTRICITY NETWORK USE TARIFF: Charges equal to the costs and expenses incurred by Acea Pinerolese for electricity transmission, metering, meter management and distribution services, as defined and updated by ARERA. GENERAL SYSTEM CHARGES: These consist of charges payable by Acea Pinerolese Energia S.r.l. to cover those charges, as defined and updated by ARERA, including the Asos component (the Asos component helps finance the incentive scheme for electricity generation from renewable sources and cogeneration. It is payable by all electricity customers). A one-time bonus of €10 + VAT will be credited on the bill within six months from the activation date.
