When do the time bands apply?
F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.
F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.
F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.
ARERA time bandsAnnual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use the 12-month average of PUN (0.137499 €/kWh, 2025-10/2026-09). Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12.
Estimates include network charges, system levies, excise and VAT. Supplier unit prices and standing charges are shown before these additions.

Offer terms
For customers with an electricity supply point (POD) for household use.
The economic conditions are valid for 12 months from the date supply is activated. The Customer will receive written notice of the new commercial offer and its applicable period 3 (three) months before the Particular Supply Conditions expire. If no such notice is sent, these economic conditions will be extended until the Supplier gives different notice, always with at least 3 (three) months’ notice. The Customer retains the right to withdraw under the General Supply Conditions.
Bills are issued monthly. The supplier's primary delivery method is electronic, unless the customer indicates otherwise. Paper bills are available at no charge to the customer.
For customers with an electricity supply point (POD) for household use.
Bills must be paid by bank direct debit within 20 days of their issue date. Bills may be paid in installments in the cases and according to the procedures set out in the General Supply Conditions (CGF).
If bank direct debit is no longer used as the payment method, the Customer must pay a security deposit of €11.5 for each kW of contractually committed capacity, which will be charged on the first bill issued after the contract is signed. The Customer must also pay €23 for each request submitted to the distributor on the Customer’s behalf (e.g. activation, transfer of account holder or change in capacity). Customers already supplied by the Seller who have not changed their economic terms in the last 12 months may sign up for this offer by paying €23.
