When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F23: the remaining hours, including weekends and national holidays.

Trend Casa NoPensieri Luce is Eni Plenitude’s electricity offer for household customers, with a price that follows market movements. The “No Pensieri” price list is available only if the customer also takes out either the “No Pensieri impianti” or “No Pensieri RC assistenza” insurance policy.

  • At least ninety days before the economic conditions expire, Eni Plenitude will provide written notice of the new economic conditions for supply and their validity period. If no such notice is sent, the economic conditions will be deemed extended until Eni Plenitude sends new notice, always with at least ninety days’ notice. The customer retains the right to exercise the right of withdrawal set out in Article 10 of the CGC.

If, when signing the contract, the customer also requests payment by SEPA direct debit from a bank account (SEPA Core Direct Debit), no security deposit is required. In other cases, a security deposit is required; see Article 9 of the General Contract Conditions for details. If the customer fails to pay that deposit, Eni Plenitude may ask the Distributor to suspend the supply.

Discount conditions

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €12.00 / year. Bank direct debit discount

  • A discount of €1/month (equal to €12/year) will reduce the fixed charges for the energy component if the customer activates and maintains direct debit. The direct debit must remain active.
