Fixa Time 24 Smart Luce is Eni Plenitude’s electricity offer for residential customers that lets them lock in a portion of their electricity costs at a guaranteed price for 24 months. The offer includes a 30% discount on the charge, and if the Economic Conditions are extended, the discount will also be extended. With green energy included, you can be sure you are consuming electricity produced entirely by plants powered by renewable sources. If the customer chooses to pay by direct debit from a bank account, a 5% direct debit discount on the electricity charge will apply, provided the direct debit is active. If, at any time after signing up, the bank account direct debit is no longer active, the corresponding discount will no longer apply from the date the direct debit is deactivated.The offer is valid unless ended early because the relevant Economic Conditions are no longer available.

  • At least ninety days before the Economic Terms expire, Eni Plenitude will notify the Customer in writing of the new supply prices and their validity period. If no such notice is given, the Economic Terms will be extended until Eni Plenitude issues a new notice, again with at least ninety days’ advance notice. The Customer retains the right to terminate under Article 10 of the CGC.

If, when signing the contract, the customer also requests payment by SEPA direct debit from a bank account (SEPA Core Direct Debit), no security deposit is required. In other cases, a security deposit is required; see Article 9 of the General Contract Conditions for details. If the customer fails to pay that deposit, Eni Plenitude may ask the Distributor to suspend the supply.
