When do the time bands apply?

GEKO’s official green energy offer lets customers who know their consumption manage their supply with complete flexibility.

  • The economic conditions stated apply to the supply of electricity. Where they conflict, the terms in the technical and economic conditions take precedence over those in the General Terms and Conditions. For the supply of electricity, the Customer will pay a price comprising the charges for the SALE OF ELECTRICITY, ELECTRICITY NETWORK USE TARIFF and GENERAL SYSTEM CHARGES detailed in the offer.

  • The customer may withdraw from the contract by registered letter with return receipt or fax, subject to the notice periods in the General Supply Conditions.

  • All the sale charges set out above will apply for a period of 12 months and are exclusive of taxes. Before the end of the first year of supply, GEKO may notify the customer of new charge values to be applied. This notice must reach the final customer at least 3 months before the changes take effect; this period is counted from the first day of the month following the month in which the customer receives the notice. Unless proven otherwise, the notice is presumed received 10 days after it is sent by the seller, as established by Resolution 426/2020/R/com, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The customer may withdraw from the contract by registered mail with return receipt, fax or certified email (PEC), observing the notice periods set out in section 3.8 (Domestic customers) of the general supply conditions.
