When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

LENERGIA A CASA TUA PLUS

  • Offer for domestic users who choose recurring direct debit as their payment method.

For all customers with estimated annual consumption of up to 500.000 KWh per year, if the automatic payment method (SEPA) has not been accepted or has not been successful, LENERGIA SpA will charge a security deposit of euro 11,50 for each Kw of contracted capacity. The total amount will be charged on the first available invoice.
