Fixed-price electricity offer for domestic customers. For domestic customers only, the offer includes access to the OneNet Network through the company. The service allows each customer (identified by the combination of their tax code and the electricity withdrawal point or gas redelivery point—POD/PdR), 8 members of their household, and up to 2 additional people who need not belong to the household to use discount coupons for healthcare services provided at more than 13,000 affiliated facilities throughout Italy. The offer is reserved for new customers only (supplier switches, takeovers, account transfers, new activations, and meter installations).

At the end of the period for which the economic conditions apply, unless the Supplier communicates any renewal or update of the economic conditions in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in art. 13 of the Code of Conduct, these conditions will be automatically adjusted by applying the monthly average price by time band (as defined in ARERA Resolution 181/06 “Updating of time bands with effect from 1 January 2007”) of the "Pun Index Gme” parameter, increased by network losses and €0.0231/kWh, in addition to all other specified components. The "Pun Index Gme" is calculated by GME as the average of zonal prices weighted by the quantities purchased, for zonal portfolios drawing power in each geographical market zone (article 2-13.3.9 of the Consolidated Text on Electricity Dispatching).
No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.
