Activation of a new electricity supply or modification of an existing one is subject to the relevant operator verifying that the distribution network is suitable, connection to the network being carried out where necessary, and a written contract being concluded. Activation of the supply and contractual changes are also subject to the Customer paying any charges due to the Distributor under the regulations in force. Where necessary, the Customer must pay the connection contribution when signing the contract, as determined by the regulations in force or, if none apply, by the Distributor. If the connection is not completed for reasons beyond the control of the Supplier and/or Distributor, the contract will be deemed terminated due to supervening impossibility, and the Supplier will refund the contribution paid, deducting the expenses incurred and the related VAT, if due.
