When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

  • Service activation

If payment is not made by direct debit from the Customer’s bank or postal account (SDD), Re Charge S.r.l. may, including pursuant to Article 1461 of the Italian Civil Code, require the Customer to pay a security deposit for each Supply, charged on the first bill issued and/or subsequent bills. See the General Supply Conditions for further information.
