Dynamic Luce is the sustainable offer reserved for end customers who own low-voltage (LV) withdrawal points for domestic use. By subscribing to the offer, the Customer has the opportunity to meet, at no additional cost, their total energy requirements and respect the environment with energy coming from renewable sources such as water and wind. Edison Energia undertakes to procure suitable Guarantees of Origin, through GSE certification for the quantity of electricity supplied to the Customer, as provided for by current legislation. It is also possible to customize the offer by choosing from insurance products, maintenance services, and energy-saving solutions. By activating the offer, the customer gains access to Risolve, Edison's world of services, solutions, bonuses, and rewards.

  • Billing will have a bimonthly frequency with the exception of the first invoice which will be monthly.

  • Edison will charge a fee equal to those provided for in art. 11 of the Integrated Sales Text (currently equal to 23 euros) for each of the following services possibly requested by the customer: activation of the supply of a new withdrawal point, or of a previously deactivated one; deactivation of the supply at the request of the end customer; name change (voltura); power variation.
