PROMO2X1: Until 30/11/2026, for new Edison Web Luce and Edison Web Gas contracts signed simultaneously through the same sales channel, a 50% discount is applied to the sum of the Annual Fees for the electricity and gas supply, applied according to the methods specified in the contractual conditions of the subscribed offer. The amount of the Annual Fee for the gas supply is equivalent to that of the electricity supply. The discount is valid for the first 12 months, distributed over 12 monthly installments and paid according to the billing frequency via a bill bonus. Edison Web Luce is the 100% Green offer reserved for final customers who hold low voltage (LV) powered withdrawal points for domestic uses. The offer is available exclusively via the web and includes an energy component price fixed for 12 months. By joining the offer, the Customer has the opportunity to meet, at no additional cost, their total energy needs and respect the environment with energy coming from renewable sources such as water and wind. Edison Energia undertakes to procure suitable Guarantees of Origin, via GSE certification for the quantity of electricity supplied to the Customer, as required by current legislation. It is also possible to customize the offer by choosing from insurance products, maintenance services, and energy-saving services. By activating the offer, the customer gains access to Risolve, Edison's world of services, solutions, bonuses, and rewards.

  • Billing will have a bimonthly frequency with the exception of the first invoice which will be monthly.

  • Edison will charge a fee equal to those provided for in art. 11 of the Integrated Sales Text (currently equal to 23 euros) for each of the following services possibly requested by the customer: activation of the supply of a new withdrawal point, or of a previously deactivated one; deactivation of the supply at the request of the end customer; name change (voltura); power variation.

  • The offer can only be activated online from the website www.edisonenergia.it.
