The supplier will apply to the quantities of active energy withdrawn monthly at each Withdrawal Point a charge equal to: National Single Price (PUN) + spread €/MWh. The spread shown above is fixed for the entire Supply Period. The PUN (National Single Price) is the purchase price of electricity formed each hour of the year on the Italian electricity market (IPEX), as established under Article 30, paragraph 4, letter c) of AEEG Resolution No. 111/06. This value can be monitored at www.mercatoelettrico.org under statistics and monitoring. If the Customer has a non-hourly meter, for each month of supply the charge due is calculated as the product of consumption in the applicable time band and the arithmetic average price for that time band. If the Customer has an hourly meter, the energy supplied to the Withdrawal Points will be valued by applying the hourly PUN values to the Customer’s hourly consumption reported by the Local Distributor. If consumption is not available in hourly format at the time of billing, but is instead expressed by time bands F1, F2 and F3, the Supplier will use the PUN average weighted by time bands to estimate the Customer’s hourly consumption curve for the month in question.

If the SDD procedure is not activated, or the Customer’s credit assessment has an unsatisfactory outcome, the Customer must pay a security deposit, charged on the first bill issued. Any amounts paid by the Customer as security for potential claims by the Supplier will be returned to the Customer after those amounts have been offset against any unpaid bills. If, during the supply period, the security paid by the Customer is called upon in whole or in part, or the security deposit is used to offset unpaid bills in whole or in part, the Customer must restore the security to the originally required amount within 10 (ten) days of the call or use of the deposit, or through a charge on the first applicable bill.
