Supply is conditional on the competent parties activating the electricity transport and dispatching services. Gasway grants the Customer an advance discount on the free-market commercialisation component (CML) of €2.00/month, applied as a reduction to the CML on the first 24 bills from the supply activation date, for a total advance of €48.00. For each complete month of active supply with Gasway, the Customer accrues entitlement to a €2.00 discount. The discount accrues progressively: upon completion of month 24, the Customer will have accrued the entire advance amount. If supply ends due to termination or a change of supplier within the first 24 months after activation, Gasway is entitled to recover on the closing bill only the difference between the advance discount already applied and the discount actually accrued as of the effective date of termination.
