For final customers with low-voltage electricity supply points for HOUSEHOLD USE

  • Supply is conditional on the competent authorities activating electricity transport and dispatching services.

  • If the customer terminates during the first year (12 months) of fixed-price supply, as provided for by Resolution of 6 June 2023 250/2023/R/COM, Levigas will charge the Customer, pursuant to Art. 14 of the General Supply Conditions, a possible early termination fee of €88 in the first month of supply, €80 in the second month of supply, €72 in the third month of supply, €64 in the fourth month of supply, €56 in the fifth month of supply, €48 in the sixth month of supply, €40 in the seventh month of supply, €32 in the eighth month of supply, €24 in the ninth month of supply, €16 in the tenth month of supply, and €8 in the eleventh month of supply.
