When do the time bands apply?

F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Offer terms

Acea Energia's indexed offer in the free market. For the entire term of these Economic Conditions, the electricity supplied by Acea Energia to cover all of the Customer's consumption will be certified, through European Guarantees of Origin, as having been fed into the grid and produced by plants powered entirely by renewable sources, in accordance with ARERA Resolution ARG/elt 104/11. This does not mean that the electricity consumed by the Customer comes directly from a renewable electricity generation plant. It means that Acea Energia will purchase and cancel a quantity of Guarantees of Origin sufficient to certify that electricity produced from renewable sources has been fed into the grid in an amount corresponding to the Customer's annual consumption.   • If, after the request to activate the electricity transmission and distribution service, the relevant distributor reports a type of use different from the one declared by the customer when accepting this offer, the distributor’s notification will prevail. The Energy Component will therefore be billed at the price and for the duration stated in the offer’s Economic Terms (section “Notes”). The remaining components, relating to transmission, distribution, metering and dispatching services, network losses, system charges and surcharges, and taxes will be billed for the twelve (12) months of supply according to the type of use declared by the distributor. In addition, if such discrepancies occur, no discount, bonus and/or benefit provided for in the offer, if any, will be granted.

  • The contract is for an indefinite term and you may withdraw from it at any time. If you withdraw from the contract to switch supplier, the new supplier will send the withdrawal notice directly by the 10th of the month before the supplier switch date. If instead you intend to end the supply and have the withdrawal/delivery point deactivated, you must give one month’s notice of your intention to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by visiting www.aceaenergia.it, going to the MyAcea Energia reserved area > supplies > details > withdrawal/cancellation, and completing the relevant web form. If you have both electricity and natural gas supply, withdrawal from one supply will not also terminate the other active supply.

  • The charges covering the costs incurred by Acea Energia for the energy supply and set out in the Economic Conditions are valid for 12 months from the supply start date. The subsequent period is governed by the “General Conditions” document.
