Offer terms

The Fisso 2.0 offer has a fixed price and is available to all private customers who hold low-voltage (BT) sites for household use. The electricity commodity price consists of: a) a consumption charge (fixed price of €0.176000/kWh), b) an annual charge of €178.80/year/PdP, and c) the CDISPD dispatching charge in €/kWh. The offer provides for a monthly installment calculated based on annual consumption over the previous 12 months. The monthly installment is subject to adjustment against the amounts actually due under this offer. At the end of the 12-month supply period, or if supply ends for any reason, Ermes Gas & Power will calculate the difference between the amounts paid by the customer and those actually due under this offer based on the customer's actual consumption, and will debit or credit the corresponding amount paid in deficit or excess.

  • Supply will begin on the first available date communicated by Ermes Gas & Power to the Customer. Ermes Gas & Power’s performance of the contract is subject to the condition that the Customer is not suspended for non-payment when Ermes Gas & Power requests supply activation from the Distributor. By entering into the contract, the Customer grants Ermes Gas & Power, which accepts, an exclusive and irrevocable mandate without representation for the entire duration of the contract, authorizing it, after the contract is finalized, to manage in its own name and in the Customer’s interest the electricity dispatching contract with the network operator and the contract for the transport service, including receipt and management of metering and consumption data, as well as the contract for managing the sites’ connections. For activities requested by the Customer that fall under the Distributor’s responsibility, Ermes Gas & Power will charge the Customer amounts equal to the fees required by the applicable regulations, as well as any charges invoiced to Ermes Gas & Power by the Distributor, plus a fee of €45.45 excluding VAT.

  • The offer provides for a monthly instalment calculated on the basis of the annual consumption for the preceding 12 months. The monthly instalment is subject to adjustment against the amounts actually due under this offer. At the end of the 12 months of supply, or if the supply ends for any reason, Ermes Gas & Power will calculate the difference between the amounts paid by the customer and those actually due under this offer, based on the Customer’s actual consumption, and will accordingly debit or credit any amounts underpaid or overpaid.

  • Refer-a-friend discount: A discount of €50.00 excluding VAT will be granted to all customers who refer to Ermes Gas & Power the name of a potential new customer for non-domestic use, if that person then signs a contract with Ermes Gas & Power for the supply of electricity and/or natural gas. Paperless billing discount: If the bill is sent by email, Ermes Gas & Power will apply a discount of €2.00/month/point of delivery (PdP) to the annual charge for electricity supply. Excise duty discount: The customer will receive a discount equal to the excise duties billed, applied to the list price of the Energy Component.

  • The offer is for private customers who hold premises for domestic use supplied at low voltage (BT).

Any security deposits may be agreed directly with the Customer. The deposit will be refunded after the due date shown on the closing bill, with statutory interest added, provided the Customer has no overdue debts.

  • Electronic bill delivery Electronic bill delivery

  • “Bring a Friend Clause”: Customers who refer potential new customers to Ermes Gas&Power (hereinafter “Friends,” meaning customers who are not being supplied by Ermes Gas&Power at the time of this offer), and who then sign an electricity supply contract with Ermes Gas&Power, will receive a discount of €50.00 (fifty euros/00), excluding VAT. The discount will be granted when the first bill is issued and only if both the Customer and the Friend are being supplied by Ermes Gas&Power. For multi-site contracts, the discount will be applied to the bill for the PdP with the highest consumption.
